Introducing the New Business Centre Team

Paige and Alyson join Alison and Sarah and are based at either Ransom Hall or Birch House Reception.

There’s a lot goes on behind the scenes here at Ransom Wood and with over 100 businesses on the park it gets pretty busy.  Our business centre team are the key friendly faces that greet you and your visitors each day. We are here to help you and provide professional reception support.  We also look after virtual office services, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and hot desking as well as being a friendly ear when needed.

Alison has been a member of the team for 28 years this year so has lots of experience of Ransomwood life! Her new wing woman at Ransom Hall is Alyson who has 30 years experience with a local solicitors office so both have a good understanding of office life and procedures.

Sarah has been a member of the team for 8 years and many of you will have met her at our various events. Both Sarah and Paige have previously worked in a local business centre and bring a wealth of experience and personality to the team.

Our team are here to provide business support whenever you need it.  We look forward to developing the community feel of the park and introducing some events to make work more fun from time to time.

    This is such a beautiful setting for an office. Lovely & peaceful and the Ransomwood team are excellent! The maintenance team are always around if needed, great internet facilities and a fabulous café onsite too. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for premises in the area.

    Still love to walk around. I used to live in the big house at the top of the drive, it was Oak House then and I nursed at Ransom Hospital , Byron Ward which was on the left side of Ransom Hall car park. Oak House used to be Sisters accommodation. I think the main chef lived upstairs when I lived there and just me downstairs mostly. I loved it but had to keep my kitchen door closed because of the squirrels. Loved looking down the drive out of my bedroom and lounge windows, beautiful in Autumn and when it snowed, I worked at Ransom Hospital until it closed in 1987. Wonder why Oak House was later named Ash House? Lovely dining at Forever Green in the grounds whilst I reminisce.

    Brilliant place, they have all sorts of businesses there. A cafe, hypnotherapy, hypnopuncture as well many others. Worth a drive up just to see what's there. Furthermore, it's in lovely surroundings.
