Thanks to all our guests who joined us last week to help celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Ransomwood Estates Limited. The sun shone down on the patio at our restaurant Forever Green as Tom served us all a tasty lunch from the barbecue accompanied by glasses of bucks fizz.
Our entertainment was provided by the Happy Jazz Trio who performed a range of great tunes amongst the trees. I think I even heard a Lady Gaga tribute in there too! They were brilliant.
It all began for us in 1999 when we moved into Ash House to look after approximately 10 companies who were based here at Ransom Wood. Those of you who were here back then can probably remember names from the past including SDC, SILC, D A Enterprises and Monsal who are still on site here today!
Over the last 15 years the park has grown and we now have nearly 60 companies based here. We’ve built some new offices and a lovely restaurant but managed to retain the amazing woodland surroundings that makes us unique. We’ve also got a great new children’s nursery as well as our own Wellness Centre offering massage and complementary therapies as well as yoga and meditation classes.
In the not too distant future we will be installing our own solar farm which will enable us to produce electricity for the whole site.
Wish you worked here? Ransom Wood is a great location for your office in our 70 acres of woodland. Our oasis of calm makes a perfect environment for your business and your team of staff. Inspiring views from your office window, an on site estates management team to look after your every need and our own restaurant for you to take a break for a well deserved coffee, meet clients or have a relaxing lunch.
