We’re pleased to welcome two more new businesses to The Firs, our wellness centre here at Ransom Wood. Jane and Helen are both passionate about massage and have advanced training aimed at getting clients out of pain and moving freely again. They are both members of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Jane Fuller is a massage therapist at Aches and Sprains and performs clinical massage which is a deep tissue massage using a combination of advanced eastern and sports massage techniques – (Amma Fusion, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Release, Hot Stone Therapy and Advanced stretching techniques). This creates a unique treatment for common pain conditions such as headaches, back problems, sciatica, herniated/slipped disc, frozen shoulder, whiplash, arthritis, fibromyalgia, injury and surgery rehabilitation.
Helen Wright, massage therapist at Rebalance Massage tailors treatments to the individuals needs to release long held restrictions within the body using a combination of techniques such as Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point therapy and Hot Stone Massage. My passion lies with Myofascial Release and Muscle Activation which aims to strip back patterns of poor function and help you reconnect brain with movement, creating balance in the body. I also offer deeply relaxing treatments Reflexology, Facial Rejuvenation Massage and Reiki.
