We like our tenants to be up and running in the shortest possible time, so within reason we offer onsite support when you move in to make sure you get all your equipment connected on to your network. For more extensive set up including setting up an internal network firewall, we may make a charge for any assistance or may refer you to an external support company. Unfortunately we generally can’t assist with equipment that is rented or has an existing support contract e.g. leased printers.
