A Meeting With Nature
Conferencing at Ransom Wood has plenty of variety with two venues to choose between including Forever Green and Ransom Hall providing a total of 7 rooms which cater from 2 to 250 delegates combined. Both are a unique place to put on an event – from a regular business meeting for a couple of colleagues or a training session to a full scale conference, exhibition or product launch.
All our rooms are are designed to a very high standard with lots of attention to detail on elements such as the colour schemes, furniture and lighting meaning that your stay with us will be a comfortable and enjoyable one. Comfort cooling, blackout blinds and wireless internet are just some of the high spec features provided as well as free onsite parking a stone’s throw from the venue.
We take service seriously and seldom like to say no therefore we offer a ‘concierge style service’ to all our customers. This may be anything from sourcing accommodation before your booking to requests during your meeting for something special that leaves a lasting impression.

The Forest Suite on the 1st floor of our restaurant is a very flexible space which can be used both for more formal meetings and conferences as well as for parties and celebrations.
Delegates: 16 – 30
The Glades is our ground floor meeting room at Forever Green. Through its windows you will often see a variety of woodland life, thanks to the bird boxes nestled in the trees.

A quiet flexible meeting space in Ransom Hall next to a garden courtyard.

A board room in Ransom Hall that is perfect for the more formal meeting.

Our smallest meeting room perfect for one to ones and interviews.

A cool earthy room with our best lighting options in the portflio.

Our biggest room in the portfolio. Being a flexible space this room can be used in a variety of layouts for meetings, presentations, exhibitions or parties.
All our food is freshly cooked using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. This includes herbs from our own garden, apples from our orchard and free range eggs from a local farm
All our menus can all be ordered to be served in the comfort of your conference room. Alternatively you can choose to eat in the restaurant where you can choose from our regular menus or from one of our daily specials.
