At Ransom Wood we have plenty of variety to choose from with three venues including Ransom Hall, Birch House and Forever Green providing a total of 14 rooms of various sizes . These are all unique places to hold an event – from a regular business meeting for a couple of colleagues or a training session to a full scale conference, exhibition or product launches.
– Here you will find a set of 4 rooms including The Elements Suite which is our largest space and can hold over 100 people.
– In our Birch House business centre, we have a set of 5 smaller rooms which can host small meetings up to 4 people each. We also have a board room and our co-working rooms can also be flexed into meeting spaces if needed.
– This is our restaurant which has two meeting spaces available.
All our rooms are are designed to a high standard with lots of attention to detail on elements such as the colour schemes, furniture and lighting meaning that your stay with us will be a comfortable and enjoyable one. Comfort cooling is installed in the majority of our rooms and we are constantly reviewing the latest technology to keep our internet as fast as possible and aspects like AV up to date. Free onsite parking is provided nearby to all our venues.

Our biggest room in the portfolio. Being a flexible space this room can be used in a variety of layouts for meetings, presentations, exhibitions or parties.
These pods are perfect for small meetings and are based at our new business centre Birch House.

The Glades is our ground floor meeting room at Forever Green. Through its windows you will often see a variety of woodland life, thanks to the bird boxes nestled in the trees.

The Forest Suite on the 1st floor of our restaurant is a very flexible space which can be used both for more formal meetings and conferences as well as for parties and celebrations.

Our smallest meeting room perfect for one to ones and interviews.
All our food is freshly cooked using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. This includes herbs from our own garden, and apples from our orchard when in season.
All our menus can all be ordered to be served in the comfort of our rooms at Forever Green and Ransom Hall. Alternatively you can choose to eat in the restaurant where you can choose from our regular menus or from one of our daily specials.
