Ransom Wood benefits from Forever Green, its own restaurant, wedding and conference venue nestled in the centre of the park.
Forever Green acts as the central hub of the park and is a great place to meet fellow park residents for a catch up. It also acts as the focal point for events that the estates team put on each year such as the annual BBQ or our festive mulled wine and minced pies in December. Both of these events are great fun and include entertainment such as bands in the summer or carol singing at Christmas.
Forever Green is also perfect for doing a spot of business over a speciality coffee and our residents often meet here then head back to the office to finish their meeting.
Of course its a place to come and eat too for breakfast or lunch and with regular daily specials you will never get bored of the menu. If you move to Ransom Wood you will soon get to know the team at Forever Green who will always give you a warm welcome. And if you don’t have time to come and visit us, then don’t worry, Forever Green can bring their tasty homemade food to your door with their outside catering service.
Of course Forever Green is also open to visitors from off the park if you are looking for somewhere to come and relax for a few hours to enjoy some great food and drink.
Opening Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Forever Green is reopening for table service from Monday 6th July and are back to our normal opening times (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm)- Until then we are still open for takeaways Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm. The next time you come to Forever Green things will be a little different in order to keep everyone safe from the virus but you will still get the warm FG welcome from our team and of course the birds and the wildlife that surrounds us. Read more here about our reopening and what we are doing to make FG safe.

This was the first event we have hosted for everyone but as it was so successful it will now become an annual highlight
Love this place
We rent an office here and it’s just such a lovely place to drive into everyday
Still love to walk around. I used to live in the big house at the top of the drive, it was Oak House then and I nursed at Ransom Hospital , Byron Ward which was on the left side of Ransom Hall car park. Oak House used to be Sisters accommodation. I think the main chef lived upstairs when I lived there and just me downstairs mostly. I loved it but had to keep my kitchen door closed because of the squirrels. Loved looking down the drive out of my bedroom and lounge windows, beautiful in Autumn and when it snowed, I worked at Ransom Hospital until it closed in 1987. Wonder why Oak House was later named Ash House? Lovely dining at Forever Green in the grounds whilst I reminisce.
Absolutely spot on as regards setting up a virtual office. Really friendly and helpful reception staff, with onsite meeting rooms available if needed. Very pleased.
Great place for taking pets a walk, lovely cafe with meeting rooms.
A great place
Brilliant place, they have all sorts of businesses there. A cafe, hypnotherapy, hypnopuncture as well many others. Worth a drive up just to see what's there. Furthermore, it's in lovely surroundings.
Just go there and walk for miles! Beautiful views from strawberry hill too.
