Our telephone system is located on site, and we have our own trained staff in charge of general administration, maintenance and fault finding. In addition we have an external support company, who are conveniently based on site. Where faults with other providers can typically take three days or more to report, organise, diagnose and arrange an engineer to come out to repair the fault, we generally can diagnose and repair internal faults in a matter of hours – Often less than that. In fact, due to our extensive automatic monitoring, we will often know about a fault before you do, and will have already started resolving the issue.
