I’ve just experienced BT at its worst. We changed our phone system late last year. The old system was routing calls away from BT to a cheaper provider but when the new system went in we didn’t realise we had to re route the calls.
One day a few weeks later we got a BT bill for £6k in call costs. As you can imagine this came as a bit of a shock. Our calls had been going through BT and we were on their full tariff paying around 40 pence a minute minimum call costs. I tried to get BT to reduce the bill offering to sign up for a new contract that would be be worthwhile for them in the long term but they refused. They have no flexibility and understanding for the small business and took advantage of us. Does anyone else have bad experiences with BT?

Our MD has been out armed with his iphone to take some video footage of Willows 4. Since this video was taken plans are now afoot to split this suite into two units creating 4A (circa 1679 square ft) and 4B (circa 1517 square ft)
