Another new face around the Park! We welcome Ricky Stewart to the Estates Maintenance Team who will work alongside Carl, Dale and Simon.
There have been a few changes of late. Firstly, Rob Shooter who was Assistant Estates Manager to Jane Bamford for the last eight years has decided to move on and concentrate on his web design and IT support business. Rob was been a friendly and energetic face around the park and we were all sorry to see him go and sincerely wish him the best of luck in succeeding with his new career.
With regard to his replacement the great news is that Carl Williams, a current member of our team, has accepted the position. Carl is very genuine and calm in his approach and he has demonstrated to all of us that he is the right man for the job. His new role will be a challenge and we would kindly ask that a little patience is shown with him in the beginning.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Alsop. Simon is an extremely pleasant local lad who has had a varied career so far. His previous role assisting a building contractor stands him in excellent stead for work at Ransom Wood.
Along with Tony, Ben and Dale the team will continue to deal with every challenge that Ransom Wood brings with skilled hands.
We genuinely appreciate the patience our tenants have shown recently and are confident that a new Spring will bring a refreshed and enthusiastic team which will endeavour to more than plug the gap that those who have moved on will leave behind.
