Ransom Wood is a 70 acre woodland park combining office space with a restaurant, children’s nursery, wellbeing centre, woodland walks and more.
Ash House is one of our more characterful properties with great frontage and is located in the centre of the park. This two storey building has its own Reception area and we currently have a small front facing office of 155 ft2 on the first floor available.
Another period property on the park is Oak House. A three storey building with great views which is home to a variety of small businesses. We currently have a quiet corner office available on the first floor of this building. Some furniture can be included when renting this office.
The historic Ransom Hall is home to our Business Centre and we currently have offices available from 114 ft2. Our reception team will greet your visitors and can offer business support services including phone answering and mail processing, ideal extra help for small or start-up companies.

Our MD has been out armed with his iphone to take some video footage of Willows 4. Since this video was taken plans are now afoot to split this suite into two units creating 4A (circa 1679 square ft) and 4B (circa 1517 square ft)
