Quadrant Building Control are a private sector approved inspector, providing Building Regulation approval to a wide variety of building types, from the largest new build commercial construction schemes, to alteration works on a family home.
They are licensed by the Construction Industry Council and provide an alternative route to achieving building control approval without relying on the local authority. The business has been operating since 2007 and the move into Ransom Hall will create the eighth office with others located in both the East Midlands and further afield.
Paul Knight, Director commented “We have chosen to open an office in Mansfield due to the increasing local demand for our service and whilst we looked at several sites Ransom Hall has such a good vibe to it that it was the only choice.”
